Every cake we offer is freshly handcrafted. As each chef has their own unique style of baking and decorating, slight variations in design, shape, or appearance may occur.
The selected delivery time is an approximate estimate and may vary depending on product availability and the delivery location.
Since cakes are perishable items, delivery will be attempted only once. Orders cannot be redirected to a different address once they are out for delivery.
This product will be hand delivered to ensure freshness and quality, and it will not be shipped together with courier items.
In rare situations, flavour or design substitutions may be required due to temporary or regional availability constraints. However, we always ensure that the replacement is of equal or higher quality.
