Refund & Cancellation Policy

At DomusCakes, we strive to provide fresh, high-quality cakes and excellent service. Please read our refund and cancellation policy carefully before placing an order.

1. Order Cancellation

  • Orders can be cancelled up to 24 hours before the scheduled delivery or pickup time.
  • Cancellations made within 24 hours of delivery are not eligible for a refund.
  • Custom or personalized cake orders cannot be cancelled once production has started.

2. Refund Eligibility

Refunds may be provided under the following circumstances:

  • The wrong product was delivered.
  • The product was damaged during delivery.
  • The product is of poor quality or not fit for consumption.

Customers must report the issue within 2 hours of delivery along with clear photos of the product.

3. Non-Refundable Situations

Refunds will not be issued for:

  • Minor design or color variations.
  • Incorrect delivery details provided by the customer.
  • Change of mind after delivery.
  • Late delivery due to circumstances beyond our control (traffic, weather, etc.).

4. Refund Process

  • Once approved, refunds will be processed within 5–7 business days.
  • Refunds will be issued to the original payment method.

5. Replacement Option

Where possible, we may offer a replacement cake instead of a refund.
