By placing an order with Domus Cakes, you agree to the following terms and conditions:
- Order Confirmation
- Orders are confirmed only after successful payment.
- For customized cake orders, confirmation of price and orders will be done via phone/WhatsApp msg.
- Preparation Time
- All cakes are freshly prepared after receiving the order.
- A minimum of 24 hours preparation time is required for all customized and homemade cakes.
- Customization
- Customized cakes are made based on customer requirements.
- Once the design, flavor, weight, and message are confirmed, changes may not be possible.
- Pricing
- Prices for customized cakes vary based on design, weight, flavor, and complexity.
- Final pricing will be confirmed before order preparation.
- Cancellation & Refund
- Orders cannot be cancelled once preparation has started.
- No refund will be provided for customized cakes.
- Refunds (if applicable) will be processed within 5–7 working days.
- Delivery Policy
- We deliver only within selected service areas of Kerala.
- Exact delivery time cannot be guaranteed due to traffic or weather conditions.
- The customer must provide the correct address and contact number.
- Damages During Delivery
- Minor design variations may occur as cakes are handmade.
- Domus Cakes is not responsible for damages after successful delivery.
- Allergy Information
- Our cakes may contain nuts, dairy, gluten, and other allergens.
- Customers must inform us of any allergies before ordering.
- Non-Availability
- In rare cases of ingredient unavailability, we reserve the right to substitute with similar quality items after informing the customer.
